Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions' box art features Miguel O'Hara's Spider-Man 2099 in the front, followed by Peter Parker's Amazing Spider-Man, Spider-Man Noir, and lastly the Ultimate Spider-Man continuity's Peter Parker, who wields the alien symbiote throughout the game.
